Out Of Stock or Sold Out Items

Pets 1 Pty Ltd is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes are between 3-5 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund

Direct Deposit (EFT): (account details are provided during the secure checkout process). Orders that are to be paid by Direct Deposit will remain as "Pending" until the deposit transaction appears in our account. Any orders that are not paid for within 14 days from ordering date, will be declined. Any order that contains an item that needs to be specifically ordered (some Special Order Items) and is to be paid for by Direct Deposit will not have the product ordered until the deposit transaction appears in our account.

How Do I Set Up An Account?

Once you have selected a product which you wish to purchase, click on the Add to Cart button. From there you can either continue shopping for other products, or if you have finished shopping click on the Checkout button on the right hand side of the screen below the pricing information. From there fill in the I am a New Customer (Create a New Account) required information and from their you will be transfered to our Secure environment (256-bit Secure Sockets Layer encryption) to complete the account/profile setup process.
