Conditions of our Price Match Guarantee:

1. Competitor must be a registered Australian business
2. Shipping and Handling charges are factored into the total price
3. Product must be identical, in original packaging, and new, no exceptions
4. Price Match Guarantee does not apply to Trade or Industry pricing
5. Excludes Clearance, Liquidation, Sale and Special pricing
6. Product must be in stock with the competitor, special order items or 'Drop Ship' type fulfillments are excluded from this guarantee
7. The competitor must be supplied from an authorised Australian distributor. We do not Price Match 'Grey Import' products, no exceptions
8. Price Match will not be offered after products are purchased
9. We do not match eBay, Amazon, QuickSales or any other auction website pricing
10. We do not Price Match pet medications against web sites that only sell medications (must be a full range pet product retailer)

This Price Match Guarantee is only valid for products that have the 'Price Match' button active on the specific product description page
